Description
Have you ever felt that the world is full of chaos, that no one—not even those closest to you—can truly be trusted?
You second-guess kindness, fear hidden motives, and guard your heart even among friends or family.
It makes me wonder—every child is born with the natural ability to trust. So where does that trust go?
Is it lost through broken promises? Repeated disappointments? Or simply a quiet surrender to the cruelty of the world?
This necklace was inspired by Psalm 23, especially the verse:
“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me…” (Psalm 23:4)
David, the author, wrote this during some of the hardest seasons of his life—hunted by his master, later betrayed by his own son. Yet even then, he held onto trust. A trust not rooted in circumstance, but in something deeper. A trust that gave him hope. A hope that gave him courage.
The necklace features dark stones and glass beads representing life’s valleys. But look closer—within the deep-colored agate, a soft green glow emerges, framed by light blue turquoise. It’s a subtle light in the darkness—symbolizing that very hope and courage born from trust.
I created this piece as a reminder:
May you always have someone—or something—you can trust.
And may that trust give you the strength to overcome whatever life brings.
